The Road Ahead for Network Management in ArcGIS - Preconference Session

Learn about Esri's plans for managing network data within ArcGIS, attend our preconference session on Monday, October 17, 2016. In this two-part session, Esri development staff will discuss the current and future plans for managing utility and telecom networks within ArcGIS, and then provide some time to utilize the software under development during a hands-on segment. This offering will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (You'll be on your own for lunch from noon to 1:30 p.m.)

This session is designed to provide adequate time for feedback on the topics discussed. The hands-on segment will include Esri-provided exercises for well-known workflows addressing the maintenance and analysis of an electrical network.

This session is for managers and users who have intermediate- or advanced-level GIS expertise and are involved in the administration, maintenance, and analysis of network data. Because this involves a hands-on segment, attendees should have some experience with ArcGIS for Desktop software. Although this offering is free, space is limited. Registration is limited to one person per organization.
